Who we are
Abonnia is published by Therkildsen Group, CVR 46203798, Teglkrogen 10, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, under the Ilumie brand. Contact: support@abonnia.app.
What data the app handles
Your subscriptions, payments, price history, household members and settings. All of it is stored in a local database on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else, and we have no server that could receive it. There is no bank connection: the optional bank-file import reads a CSV you choose, on the device, and the file never leaves it.
What we collect
Nothing. Abonnia contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no crash reporting that identifies you.
The price catalogue
To keep prices current the app downloads a public file (for example https://abonnia.app/catalog/v1/dk.json) at most once a day. The request contains no identifier and nothing about your subscriptions. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log the IP address of requests under GitHub's privacy statement. You can turn the refresh off in Settings; the app then uses the catalogue bundled with it.
Provider icons
Off by default. If you switch “Show provider icons” on, the app fetches each provider's small icon directly from that provider's own website when it is shown. That provider then sees a normal web request from your device. Trademarks and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the service.
Purchases
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple or Google. To recognise your purchase across reinstalls we use RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app-user ID and purchase receipts from the store. RevenueCat does not receive your subscription data. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Exports and sharing
CSV/PDF exports, calendar files, year cards and cancellation letters are created on the device and handed to your share sheet. Where they go from there is your choice. We never receive them.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No push server is involved.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on request. Deleting the app deletes all data on that device. Questions: support@abonnia.app. You may also complain to Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency).
Children
Abonnia is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them (it collects none from anyone).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with a new date. The app links to this page.
